The packet contains 8g each ca. of: Irish Wakame, Irish Spirulina, Irish Sweet Kombu, Irish Dulse Dillisk, Irish Nori.
Instructions for use: Rinse the seaweed in fresh water. Chop it and add it to all your savoury dishes.
