Seaweed lotion
Seaweed Lotion is one of the most versatile skincare products manufactured by Algaran.
There are two versions: Seaweed Cleansing Lotion and Seaweed Body Lotion.
Both can be rubbed on the skin until totally adsorbed or the excess of product can be wiped off with a cotton wool or a towel.
The Seaweed Cleansing Lotion can be used as a makeup cleanser or, when the skin is clean and dry, the same lotion can be left on and used as a moisturizer.
The Seaweed Body Lotion is ideally used after a bath or shower, especially if the skin of the body needs to be rehydrated.
The seaweed extract, that Algaran uses as an ingredient in both the lotions, is rich in minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, and amino acids. The skin moisturizing process is more than simple rehydration: it is letting the skin adsorb all the nutrients and release the toxins.
The water used to produce the seaweed lotion is a by-product of the essential oils’ distillation. In this way, the water carries part of the essential oils’ volatile compounds and truly little essence is needed after that.
The organic oils used in AlgAran Seaweed Lotions are sourced directly from the producers and are compatible with other ingredients. This is an important factor, as there are oils that can oxidize easily when in contact with seaweed (like rapeseed oil), and the stability of the our products is a major priority to us.
The final composition of Algaran Organic Seaweed Lotions is very well tolerated by sensitive skins and its use can be “addictive”.
